Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an AAT Systems account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree — do not use the service.
The service is provided by AAT Systems LLC (Georgia), hereafter «We». You are hereafter the «Customer».
2. Service description
AAT Systems is a SaaS platform for automating customer communications via Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp Business. We provide:
- Flow Builder with 33+ block types
- Triggers, sequences, broadcasts, Live Chat inbox
- AI assistant (Claude / OpenAI) for auto-replies
- Knowledge Base with RAG search
- External Requests / API / Webhooks for integrations
3. Account
- Minimum age — 16 (or higher per local law)
- One person = one account. Team collaboration — via workspace invitations
- You are responsible for the security of your credentials and may not share them with third parties
- We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms or Meta Platform Terms
4. Use of Meta API
By connecting Instagram / Facebook / WhatsApp channels you also agree to:

- Meta Messaging Policy (24-hour window, Message Tags, Recurring Notifications)
It is prohibited to use the platform for spam, phishing, distributing prohibited goods, malicious content or copyright infringement. We block such accounts without refund.
5. Plans and payment
- Free Trial — 14 days free
- Pro — $29/mo (or $24/mo with annual billing)
- Business — $129/mo and up, sales-led
- Payment via Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Subscription auto-renews; cancel anytime via /dashboard/subscriptions
- Refunds: full refund within the first 14 days on written request
- Prices may change with 30 days' email notice
What happens after the Free Trial. When the 14-day trial ends without an active paid subscription, access to platform features is paused: flows, broadcasts, sequences, automation, AI features and the dashboard itself. At the same time your data is not deleted — contacts, flows, templates, conversation history, connected channels and settings are all fully retained. Subscribing to any paid plan instantly restores access to everything with nothing lost. Data is removed only at your explicit request or in accordance with the Privacy Policy (section 5).
AI calls and your key. Some AI features (the Support Assistant, AI Reply, AI Manager, Knowledge Base search) can run on your own provider key (Anthropic / OpenAI) that you add in Settings → AI Keys. Tokens for those calls are billed by the provider directly to your key — outside of our subscription.
Why the first request to AI support costs more than the following ones. To lower your costs we use prompt caching: the assistant's large, unchanging system prompt is cached at the provider. So the first request in a conversation writes the cache and costs more (about ×1.25 of the normal rate), while every subsequent request within an hour reads the same prefix from cache at a reduced rate (about ×0.1 — up to 12.5× cheaper and faster). This is not an overcharge but a saving: the first request "pays" for the cheapness of all the following ones. Without caching, every question would cost as much as the first.
6. Limits
- Limits on contacts / AI calls / External Requests are listed in the plans
- Exceeding them → automatic feature downgrade until the end of the billing period (new contacts won't subscribe, AI blocks paused)
- Technical rate-limits (requests per second) are described in /dashboard/api
7. Customer content
All content (flow texts, knowledge base documents, messages) belongs to you. We receive a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service.
You warrant that you have the right to use the content uploaded and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
Uploaded media attachments. Files you attach to messages via Live Chat or flow blocks are stored in a public object store (Vercel Blob, public-read access) — this is required so the Meta API can fetch them and deliver to the recipient. Do not upload confidential documents or materials containing personal data of third parties. You are responsible for the contents of files you upload.
Publishing flow templates. By saving your Flow as a public template (visibility="public") you make it available for installation in other customers' workspaces and grant AAT Systems an irrevocable license to host it in the Marketplace. It is prohibited to publish templates that: (a) contain malicious URLs in external_request blocks, (b) are intended for spam mailings or phishing, (c) violate Meta / WhatsApp policies, (d) contain stolen or borrowed content used without permission. AAT Systems reserves the right to moderate public templates — hide them from the Marketplace or delete them entirely without warning. This does not affect your original Flow, since a template is a separate snapshot.
8. Liability
The service is provided «as is». We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation due to dependencies on Meta API, AI providers, etc.
Maximum compensation — the amount paid for the service over the last 12 months. We are not liable for lost profits, Meta API downtime or other indirect damages.
9. Termination
- You can delete your account anytime via /data-deletion
- We may suspend or remove an account for violations, but will give 7 days' email notice (except in obvious abuse cases)
- Data is deleted per Privacy Policy section 5
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are heard in the courts at the seat of AAT Systems LLC.
